Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with arlumecosmetics.com. We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

⚠️ Note: Arlume® Cosmetics products are only sold online through arlumecosmetics.com, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Ebay.co.uk. However, please be aware that unauthorised third-party sellers may list our products on these platforms.

We can only support returns, refunds, or product issues for items purchased directly from our official store on these platforms.

If your product was purchased from an unauthorised seller, we are unfortunately unable to assist with returns, refunds, or replacements.


RETURNS ON PURCHASES MADE ON ARLUMECOSMETICS.COM

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased directly from arlumecosmetics.com, you may return it for a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused and unopened.

  • All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Refunds will be issued for the product price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at cs@arlumecosmetics.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The product name you wish to return

We will review your request and provide return instructions, if eligible.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Arlume® Cosmetics is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.


EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original product (if eligible under our policy), and placing a new order for the item you need.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at cs@arlumecosmetics.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


THIRD-PARTY RETAILER PURCHASES

If you purchased Arlume® Cosmetics products through a third-party retailer such as (but not limited to):

  • Amazon

  • Ebay

  • TikTok Shop

Please refer to that retailer’s individual Return/Refund/Exchange policy. Returns for purchases made through these platforms must be processed directly with the retailer.
